Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler Hammer D60LT5 SER A2 /DO60LA SER A1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deutsch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electromatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the 1D5G64 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E4101293 manufactured by Deutsch and we are pleased to be able to service most Deutsch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP149220 by Manufacturer Electromatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electromatic Brand FGD1220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as ESR5NV330 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MVAA16B1AA0761AMVAA4MVAA164N01 made by Gec-Alsthom as well as the popular DG85B8011961012M1 original spares produced by Durakool

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1534A by Fairchild and ESR5NV330 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTL320 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser.
